Excellent customer service. On arrival, they offered me a free transfer from the airport. The staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home throughout my stay. They even provided beach towels daily and made delicious cappuccinos for breakfast. The hotel had a friendly family atmosphere, and the receptionist, Jenny, always ensured I had a pleasant time.
